Manager — JIAS Toronto (2021–Present)
JIAS (Jewish Immigrant Aid Services) Toronto is one of Canada's oldest and most respected immigrant and refugee settlement organizations. As Manager, Oded leads programs serving newcomers from around the world, manages partnerships with government and community agencies, drives policy advocacy, and has secured over $2M in grant funding. His work has included developing an anti-racism and mental well-being curriculum in partnership with COSTI.
Assistant Professor, Teaching — University of Toronto (2021–Present)
Teaching undergraduate and graduate students across the Faculty of Arts & Science. Courses developed and taught include Israeli society, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, immigration and refugee policy, and identity in multicultural democracies. Oded has designed 8 courses and is known for rigorous, accessible, and intellectually engaging teaching.

Assistant Director — Cornell Hillel, Ithaca NY (2018–2021)
Led Israel education programming, student engagement, and community building at one of the largest Hillel chapters in North America. Developed curriculum, facilitated difficult conversations, and built bridges across political divides on campus.
